Specific goals
Planning of activities, layout of crossing activities, definition of the
organizational set-up and preparation of the first partnership workshop
Activities:

I. Dissemination plan to be realised throughout the whole project,
II. Monitoring workplan,
III. Evaluation workplan,

Constitution of the Management Committee. The Management Committee
should check direction and monitoring of the project. It will take
part at start-up, mid-term and final workshops. It is supposed to
assess the modelling and survey tools.
Members:
one for every organization adherent to the project.
Consiel as project leader is going to coordinate the project activities.

PLANNING
AND REALIZATION OF A WEB PORTAL FOR THE MU.S.EU.M. PROJECT WITH THE

Activities

In application of the sectorial workplan defined in phase 2, will be
conceived and realized a website to support the project, that is
supposed to realize the tasks of formative modelling and results
dissemination. Particularly, the Website is going to content the
contributions of the different professional figures involved in the
"System quality" of the virtual museum offer; it is going to
distribute didactic units and it is going to be the support for the
exploitation activities throughout the project different phases.

picture the evolution of this sector in Europe from a
quantitative/qualitative point of view, as well as on
characteristics for personeel to form and to promote

In the occasion of Berlin partnership mid-term workshop sharing of
the results of the three researches (see phase 4)

Creation and a first testing of online and on the job learning
support system as long-life learning support considered strategic
for the training and the implementation of a " Quality System " of
virtual museum professional figures; those European figures who come
out through DELPHI method (phase 4.b) and on field level through
check-list and SWOT analysis (phase 4.c).

4).The meeting is also important for the definition of a training
workplan being the workflow finalized by Consiel, with the support
